Behavioral : The education program developed in this study and provided to the intervention group is an online-based core nursing program for caregivers at home (ONEC).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Caregivers of children with severe or chronic illnesses, aged 2 to 24 years, who use medical devices at home (such as tracheostomy tube, suction machine, oxygen therapy, NG tube, NJ tube, or PEG). - Caregivers of children to whom at least one of the four types of medical devices for home nursing is being applied. - Caregivers who directly provide home nursing to the child. - Those who are able to participate in the online education program and respond to the online surveys within the research period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Caregivers who do not directly perform home nursing for the child (e.g., cases where a professional caregiver visits or resides at home to provide direct care to the child). - Caregivers of children whose painful symptoms persist despite appropriate treatment for their underlying disease. - Caregivers of children who inquire about the possibility of withdrawing or limiting treatment, or who request medical care focused on hospice or quality of life at the end stage of the disease.
