Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Women aged 19 to 39 years with South Korean nationality; ? Individuals who had experienced reward-related eating; ? Individuals able to read and respond to Korean-language questionnaires and to participate in Korean-language interview questions; ? Individuals who owned a personal smartphone and had experience using the KakaoTalk (a smartphone messaging app)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Women who were pregnant or had given birth within the past year; ? Individuals diagnosed with severe medical conditions (e.g., cancer, major burns, cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, severe trauma, rare or intractable severe diseases)
