Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Age between 19 and 70 years B. Diagnosed with Somatic Symptom Disorder according to DSM-5 criteria C. PHQ-15 score = 10, indicating at least moderate somatic symptom severity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Presence of uncontrolled severe psychiatric conditions (including psychotic symptoms or significant risk of self-harm or suicide) B. Presence of severe medical conditions (e.g., end-stage renal disease, severe liver disease, or cancer) C. History of epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, or organic mental disorders D. Currently enrolled in another clinical study or receiving cognitive behavioral therapy
