Inclusion criteria: ? A patient presumed to have an infectious disease accompanied by an unspecified fever who visited the Department of Gastroenterology, Neurology, and Infectious Diseases at International St. Mary’s Hospital ? Adult men and women aged 20 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with possible cause of high fever ? Acquired immunodeficiency patients
