Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Chinese international students enrolled at Pukyong National University who can stably participate throughout the study period 2) Engaged in less than 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity in the past week 3) No cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal diseases, and physically able to perform moderate-intensity exercise 4) Provided written informed consent after fully understanding the study procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals performing 150 minutes or more of moderate-intensity physical activity in the past week 2) Individuals who are unable to engage in moderate-intensity physical activity due to health conditions 3) Individuals who are unlikely to maintain consistent participation or are at high risk of dropout during the intervention period
