Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Acute cholecystitis with sealed perforation ? Patients who are not suitable candidates for surgery under general anesthesia due to comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Coagulation abnormalities (international normalized ratio [INR] > 1.5; platelet count < 50,000/µL) ? Inability to discontinue antithrombotic agents ? Severe ascites precluding the procedure
