Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: During the target period, patients who receive anti-hormone treatment after completing breast surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation treatment for hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer at the hospital can be followed up as overweight or obese women with a BMI of = 23 (WHO Asian obesity standard), HbA1c <6.5% and can use the PASTA app and Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with recurrence or metastasis after breast cancer treatment 2) Weight change of 5% or more within the last 6 months 3) Those who have restrictions on the use of digital devices or apps 4) Diabetes mellitus patient 5) those who have used obesity medication (within 90 days from the screening visit) or with a history of bariatric surgery 6) those who are unable to wear Continuous Glucose Monitoring System due to skin problems, infections, or allergy to adhesives.
