Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who experience difficulties in daily functioning due to problems or distress related to the following emotions: depression, anxiety, anger, fear, surprise, or other negative emotions. 2) Adults aged 19 years or older.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Current or past history of a manic or hypomanic episode. 2) Presence of hallucinations (e.g., visual or auditory hallucinations) or delusions. 3) Presence of major neurocognitive disorder (e.g., dementia), organic brain disorders such as epilepsy, intellectual disability, or comorbid personality disorders. 4) Inability to complete the interviews or assessments conducted in this study (e.g., due to difficulties in reading, writing, hearing, speaking, or comprehension). 5) Closure of recruitment due to completion of the target sample size for each study group.
