Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult men and women between the ages of 19 and under 70 (2) Meeting the criteria for diagnosing alcohol use disorder in DSM-5, the psychology of alcohol use in ICD-10 and A person diagnosed with behavioral disorder (F10) (3) Dangerous drinkers (AUDIT score 10-19 for men and 6-9 for women) (4) Those who have no difficulty reading and writing Korean (5) You can use a mobile application using general-purpose equipment (such as a smartphone or tablet PC), Anyone who agrees to collect and manage data (6) After hearing and understanding the full explanation of this study, we will voluntarily decide to participate and take precautions a person who has agreed to comply with
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Not going through sufficient alcohol detoxification period, or moderate or higher alcohol withdrawal symptoms are controlled Those who don't (2) In addition to alcohol use disorders, persons with other substance-related and poisoning disorders of DSM-5 phase (3) At the time of the basic assessment, the symptoms corresponding to the diagnosis of schizophrenia spectrum disorder clinically diagnosed by the doctor A person who has a symptom of bipolar disorder or a person who is diagnosed with a bipolar disorder (4) A person who is unable to record alcohol use more than four times in a week (5) He has attempted suicide within the last three months, and is at high risk for suicide by a psychiatrist a person who is judged (6) Those less than 3 months after participation in other cognitive behavioral therapy clinical studies at the time of screening (7) Persons with audiovisual impairment or cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia, etc.) (8) Those who have difficulty hearing, writing, and speaking Korean (9) A person who is deemed unsuitable by the researcher for participation in clinical research due to other reasons
