Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) nurses currently employed at public health centers (2) nurses with at least 6 months of work experience at a public health center (3) individuals who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) nurses whose employment at a public health center was discontinued or not maintained during the study period (2) individuals who did not consent to participate in the study
