Interventions

Others(Health functional food) : Take EstroG-100, a health functional food, for 12 weeks, orally at 2 tablets per day, 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the afternoon.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Perimenopaual women aged 45 to 55 years 2) Kupperman Index(KI) score of 15 or higher 3) Who consented to participate inthis clinical tral and provided written informed consent prior to its commencement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Body mass index(BMI) esceeding 28 kg/m2 2) Use of hormone therapies such as female hormones or similar agents within the past 3 months 3) Current or past history of uterine, endometrial, breast, or sex hormone related cancers 4) History of hysterectomy or oophorectomy 5) Severe migraines within the past year, Diagnosis of thromboembolism, cerebrovascular disease, myocardial infarction, or unstable angina, or history of coronary angioplasty 6) Current use of antidepressants or other psychotropic medications 7) Unexplained uterine bleeding more than one year after menopause 8) Uncontrolled diabetes 9) Uncontrolled thyroid disorders 10) Substance or alcohol abusers 11) Inappropriate for the study as determined by the investigator 12) Use of thyroid hormones, clonidine, anticoagulants, or antithrombotic agents(e.g., warfarin, clopidogrel) within 3 months 13) Use of menopausal medications or health functional foods within 1 month
