Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have limitations in opening their mouths, those who have pain around the temporomandibular joint or masticatory muscles with a digital evaluation score of 3 or higher, and those who have tension headaches due to temporomandibular joint disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have had a fracture or related surgery in the neck, back, or face within the past year, are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant, are wearing or plan to wear braces, have received botulinum toxin treatment for the temporomandibular joint within the past 6 months, have a congenital malformation, or are taking medication related to the temporomandibular joint.
