Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for selecting the subjects were those with rounded shoulders, with a height of 2.5 cm or more from the table floor to the back of the shoulder peak when lying down, and those with pain in the shoulder area of ??3 points or more on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included those with structural abnormalities in the shoulder blade and spine, those with a history of orthopedic surgery, those with shoulder nerve damage, those receiving surgical treatment or taking medication regularly for pain relief, and those with acute inflammation.
