Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Paramedics currently affiliated with a fire organization (Fire Headquarters or Fire Station) and engaged in 119 emergency medical services. 2. Paramedics with at least six months of experience in emergency medical service. 3. Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate. 4. Those who are able to attend both online and in-person training sessions. 5. Those capable of completing pre- and post-intervention surveys.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals currently receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders. 2. Individuals who have participated in a similar education or training program within the past six months. 3. Individuals who are scheduled for leave of absence or transfer during the study period. 4. Individuals who are unable to complete the survey responses.
