Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Diagnosis of MS per 2017 McDonald Criteria o Age 18–65 years o EDSS = 6.5 o On stable DMT, defined as =3 months after initiation, or switching of a DMT, with no relapses during this interval and no clinically meaningful dose/interval changes; or treatment-naïve patients initiating DMT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Other neurological/systemic conditions affecting evaluations o Inability to comply with study procedures
