Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult men and women aged 19 or older 2) Those diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis/Crohn's disease)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who did not consent to the study 2) Those receiving treatment for a malignant tumor 3) Pregnant or lactating women
