Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients diagnosed with breast cancer and scheduled for breast-conserving surgery - ASA physical status classification I or II - Provided informed consent after receiving full explanation of the study - Eligible to receive either Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) or General Anesthesia (GA) - Age: 19 to 74 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who do not provide consent - Patients on chronic opioid or analgesic therapy - History of hypersensitivity to anesthetics (e.g., Propofol, Sevoflurane) - Presence of neurological disorders or cognitive dysfunction - Respiratory conditions (e.g., sleep apnea) making MAC inappropriate - Severe liver or kidney disease
