Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses currently employed at a tertiary general hospital or a general hospital in South Korea. Nurses with 3 years or less of clinical experience (=36 months), calculated based on actual working months excluding periods of leave of absence. Staff nurses working in inpatient care units, including general wards or intensive care units, who provide direct patient care. Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily provide written informed consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with more than 3 years of clinical experience (over 36 months). Individuals who plan to take a leave of absence or change jobs during the study period.
