Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged 65 years or older undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia Individuals scoring 15 points or higher on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status IV or V Patients for whom normal assessment is difficult due to language barriers, speech disorders, motor disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or moderate to severe dementia Patients with visual or hearing impairments that interfere with communication Patients who have undergone anesthesia and surgery within the past month
