Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Those diagnosed with a first acute ischemic stroke • Patients with acute ischemic stroke who have a modified Rankin Scale score of 3 or less (severe disability: requires assistance with daily life but can walk independently) • Those without cognitive impairment who are able to communicate, understand and answer questionnaires, and participate in the intervention program • Those who consented to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ischemic stroke patients with cognitive impairment and communication impairment who are unable to respond to self-report questionnaires
