Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants who visited the Apple Tree Medical Foundation, agreed to donate human-derived materials, and consented to the collection of tongue coating, dental plaque, and mouth wash.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Individuals with potential vulnerability due to anticipated benefits or fear of reprisal from superiors in an organizational hierarchy for non-participation, which may compromise voluntary decision-making. b) Persons with incurable/terminal illnesses c) Institutionalized individuals d) Unemployed persons e) Persons living in poverty / The economically disadvantaged f) Patients in emergency situations g) Racial/ethnic minorities h) Homeless persons, refugees, minors, and individuals incapable of giving voluntary consent
