Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients aged =20 and <70 years. 2) Patients who underwent open thyroidectomy for thyroid disease with intraoperative application of an anti-adhesion agent. 3) Patients undergoing their first thyroid-related neck operation for thyroid disease. 4) Patients who voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of previous surgery involving the thyroid or adjacent neck structures. 2 History of prior radiation therapy to the thyroid or neck region. 3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
