Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses or nursing officers working in regional trauma centers, military trauma centers, definitive care centers, or emergency medical centers. Individuals with at least 2 years of work experience. Individuals who understand the Korean questionnaire and voluntarily agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have completed a similar trauma-related education program within the last 6 months.
