Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with systolic blood pressure of 120–139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure of 80–89 mmHg 2) Individuals who can understand and respond to a written questionnaire 3) Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate after receiving a full explanation and providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, or kidney disease 2) Individuals receiving treatment for severe psychiatric disorders such as panic disorder 3) Individuals within six months of completing cancer treatment 4) Individuals currently taking steroids or similar medications 5) Pregnant or breastfeeding women 6) Individuals with a BMI of 35 kg/m² or higher (classified as severely obese by the 2024 Obesity Treatment Guidelines) 7) Individuals who have experienced =5% body weight change within the past 3 months 8) High-risk alcohol users (Men: =7 drinks per occasion, Women: =5 drinks per occasion, drinking =2 times per week) 9) Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials
