Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be middle-aged women aged 30 to 54 years, with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m² or higher, and individuals who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals will be excluded if they have a history of severe cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, endocrine, psychiatric, or orthopedic disorders; if their body mass index (BMI) does not meet the eligibility requirements; if they are postmenopausal women; if they are smokers or individuals who misuse alcohol; if they engage in any physical activity outside of the exercise program provided in this study; or if the investigator determines that the participant is otherwise unsuitable for study participation.
