Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria • Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes by a pediatric endocrinologist • Receiving outpatient care at a pediatric endocrinology clinic • Currently treated with insulin injections or an insulin pump • Able to understand the purpose of the study and provide assent, with consent obtained from a parent or legal guardian • Able to communicate and use a smartphone • Without comorbid conditions that limit physical activity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria • Individuals who are unable to complete self-administered questionnaires due to cognitive impairment • Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders or currently receiving psychiatric medication
