Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: between 50 and 80 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with quadriceps femoris or calf muscle strength rated as Poor (2 level) or below on manual muscle testing. - Individuals with a modified Ashworth scale score = 3 in the calf muscles. - Individuals who were taking medications that could affect balance or gait.
