Interventions

Others(extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT)) : The intervention in this study is extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), administered twice weekly for four weeks (eight sessions in total). The e
if discomfort persists for more than 24 hours, the intervention will be stopped and appropriate medical care provided free of charge. All adverse events will be documented and reported to the IRB.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who have experienced localized pain for more than 8 weeks and who exhibit positive findings on both the Mills test and Cozen's test will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to participate in the 4-week program, those with a history of trauma, surgery, or sensory deficits, and those who have received steroid treatment within the last 3 weeks were excluded.
