Medical Device : A 12-week progressive lower-limb rehabilitation program was delivered using the CLIMIT robotic stair-climbing system, performed twice per week for approximately 20 minutes per session

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic knee or hip pain (>3 months) due to degenerative joint disease 2. Recent osteoporotic fracture of the hip or vertebrae (within 3 months) 3. Post-stroke condition with residual lower-limb weakness (=6 months after onset) 4. Clinically diagnosed sarcopenia based on AWGS 2019 criteria, defined by low appendicular skeletal muscle mass index (ASMI) and/or low grip strength

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to provide informed consent 2. Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease 3. Recent severe musculoskeletal injury or surgery 4. Excessive body weight (>100 kg), limiting device safety or use 5. Severe balance impairment that prevents safe exercise participation 6. Participation in structured exercise programs
