Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly employed new graduate nurses at the participating institution 2. Individuals with less than one month of clinical experience 3. Those who understand the study purpose and procedures and voluntarily consent to participate 4. Those who are able to attend all four sessions of the CLEAR educational program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses with one year or more of work experience at another tertiary hospital 2. Nurses assigned to an intensive care unit, emergency department, delivery room, or operating room
