Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 19 years or older 2) Patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection for a laterally spreading tumor measuring 2cm or larger located in the colon 3) Individuals who, after receiving sufficient explanation about this clinical trial and fully understanding its contents, voluntarily agree to participate and provide written consent to comply with study-related instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Elderly individuals aged 80 years or older 2) Cases in which endoscopic submucosal dissection is performed for laterally spreading tumors smaller than 2 cm 3) Cases in which endoscopic submucosal dissection is performed for non-laterally spreading tumor lesions (e.g., ulcer scars, subepithelial lesions, pedunculated polyps) 4) Patients in whom laterally spreading tumor is resected using procedures other than endoscopic submucosal dissection (e.g. endoscopic mucosal resection, surgery, etc) 5) Patients who cannot discontinue antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy (e.g., aspirin) before the procedure according to guideline recommendations
