Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants were newly hired nurses at a tertiary hospital in Seoul who agreed to participate after being informed of the study’s purpose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses with prior experience performing indwelling urinary catheterization at other hospitals were excluded.
