Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 20 healthy adults in their twenties participated in this study and were randomly assigned to the MLD group or the Passive Stretching (PS) group. Each group consisted of 9 males and 1 female. The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1. Adults in their twenties 2. Individuals with normal lower-extremity joint range of motion 3. Individuals with no balance impairments 4. Individuals with a calf circumference of 37 cm or greater

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: 1.Individuals scoring 24 points or below on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) 2.Individuals with a history of one or more lower-extremity surgeries 3.Individuals with deformities of the foot or ankle 4.Individuals with a leg length discrepancy of 2 cm or more 5.Individuals with cardiac abnormalities or cardiovascular dysfunction
