Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Subjects who have received consent ? Adults aged 19 years or older ? Subjects admitted to the emergency room ? Patients diagnosed with acute CO poisoning ? Subjects hospitalized ? Patients with a COGAS score of 1 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who did not consent to the study ? Patients under 19 years of age ? Pregnant women ? Inmates and institutionalized persons ? Employees of research institutions, researchers, sponsors, etc. ? Patients with persistent neurological complications (PNS) due to severe CO intoxication ? Cardiac arrest prior to hyperbaric oxygen therapy ? History of neurological disease ? Patients with a critical medical history (e.g., terminal cancer) ? Patients transferred without hospitalization ? Patients who cannot undergo MRI due to implanted pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc.
