Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 19 to 65 years 2. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II 3.Male and female patients scheduled for nasal surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a body mass index (BMI) = 30 kg/m² 2. Patients with a history or anticipation of a difficult airway 3. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea 4. Patients with recent respiratory infection, chronic respiratory disease, or chronic cough 5. Current smokers 6 Patients currently taking opioids, sedatives, antitussives, or angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors
