Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Children at high risk of developmental disabilities ? Children who visit the outpatient clinic of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine ? Children whose primary caregiver has provided written informed consent ? Children with a corrected age within 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Children who are medically unstable and unable to undergo rehabilitation assessment or treatment ? Children with a corrected age of 2 months or older
