Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 50 years or older who regularly experienced nocturnal leg cramps without a clearly identifiable underlying cause (2) Individuals who reported calf muscle cramps during sleep at least twice per week over the past month (3) Individuals who fully understood the purpose of the study after receiving sufficient explanation and provided written informed consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with secondary underlying conditions associated with cramps, such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease (2) Individuals with a history of long-term use of cramp-affecting medications, such as calcium channel blockers
