Procedure/Surgery, Others(pin) : Divided into test group and control group depending on whether the absorbable shield is fixed with pins after bone grafting with granular bone grafting material.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients over 20 years of age - Patients who are expected to develop a labial or buccal dehiscence defect around the implant with a periapical-coronal width of 3 mm or more in the maxilla or mandible on computed tomography images taken before surgery. - Areas where more than 2 months have passed since tooth extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with uncontrolled metabolic systemic disease (i.e. uncontrolled diabetes). - Patients with a past history of craniofacial radiation therapy or chemotherapy - Patients with a history of taking drugs that inhibit bone metabolism (e.g. bisphosphonates or denosumab) within the last 4 months - Heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes per day) - Patients who are pregnant or lactating - Those who have a history of having a tumor removed from the same area in the past
