Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Children diagnosed with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy 2)Children capable of maintaining an independent standing posture 3)Children who scored 15 points or higher on the cognitive domain of the Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM), demonstrating the ability to understand the examiner’s instructions and perform the required tasks 4)Children without visual impairments, visual field deficits, or hearing problems 5)Children who have not received medications or undergone surgeries that could affect balance, and who do not present with musculoskeletal abnormalities such as dislocation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children were excluded from the study if they met any of the following conditions: 1. a diagnosis of cerebral palsy other than spastic hemiplegic type 2. inability to maintain an independent standing posture 3. a score below 15 on the cognitive domain of the Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM), indicating insufficient ability to understand instructions or perform the required tasks 4. the presence of visual impairments, visual field deficits, or hearing abnormalities 5. a history of medication use or surgical procedures that could affect balance 6. musculoskeletal abnormalities, such as dislocation, that could interfere with weight-bearing or balance performance
