Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are 25 weeks or more and less than 34 weeks into their pregnancy, who are undergoing routine prenatal check-ups or are classified as a Vulnerable Health Group, BUT without physical health conditions such as gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension, or physical disabilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are less than 25 weeks or more than 34 weeks into their pregnancy, OR pregnant women with physical health conditions such as gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension, or physical disabilities.
