Dietary Supplement : Two capsules of test food(YC-1101 480 mg/day) or placebo(YC-1101 absent, matched in appearance to the test food), once daily for 8 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy men and women aged 30 to 59 years who subjectively report fatigue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: O Individuals who have engaged in regular high-intensity exercise within 3 months prior to the first visit O Individuals with high cardiorespiratory fitness levels O Individuals with heavy alcohol consumption, current smokers, or drug dependence O Individuals with conditions such as hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, and other related conditions O Subjects who have continuously used herbal medicines, health functional foods, fatigue recovery supplements or fatigue recovery injections within 1 month prior to the first visit O Individuals with hypersensitivity to any component of the test or control food O Pregnant or lactating women O Subjects who have participated in another clinical trial within 1 month prior to the first visit or who plan to participate in another clinical trial during the study period
