Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adult women aged 20 to 35 years. 2. Healthy elderly women aged 65 years or older with a score of 23 or higher on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment-Korea (MoCA-K).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with walking difficulties 2. Those who have experienced a fall within the past six months 3. Those with conditions that may affect gait (cardiac disease, respiratory disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, musculoskeletal disease, flat feet) 4. Those who are obese according to the World Health Organization (WHO) Asia-Pacific criteria (BMI 25 kg/m2)
