Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who agreed to participate in this study and signed a written informed consent 2) Adults (Age=19 years and =70 years) 3) Fasting blood glucose=100 mg/dL and <140 mg/dL (If values fall outside the criteria, retesting may be conducted considering measurement error and daily variation)"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Current use of antidiabetic medication or requirement for antidiabetic treatment (HbA1c =6.5%). 2) Continuous use of medications, herbal remedies, or dietary supplements affecting glucose metabolism within one month prior to the first visit. 3) Presence of any of the following conditions: heart failure, coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension, hyperlipidemia, renal dysfunction, liver dysfunction, thyroid disorders, chronic gastrointestinal disorders, history of gastrointestinal surgery, acute or chronic inflammatory diseases, malignancies, or psychiatric disorders. 4) Body mass index (BMI) =18.5 kg/m² or =30 kg/m². etc
