Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 20 to 65 years as of the registration date. 2. Individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 23 kg/m² or higher (including severe obesity). 3. Individuals with no rapid weight loss or drastic lifestyle changes within the last 3 months. 4. Individuals with a score of 20 or higher out of 36 on the 6 'loss of control' items of the General-Food Cravings Questionnaire-Trait (G-FCQ-T). 5. Individuals capable of fully understanding the study tasks and providing appropriate responses. 6. Individuals who have voluntarily signed the written informed consent form after hearing the explanation of the study plan and methods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals unable to fully understand the study explanation or provide voluntary consent. 2. Individuals diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for psychiatric or neurological disorders within the last 3 months. 3. Individuals with a history of taking or currently taking medications that may affect weight or appetite within the last 1 month. 4. Individuals currently taking medications that may affect eating behavior or mood within the last 1 month. 5. Pregnant women, women with potential for pregnancy, or breastfeeding mothers. 6. Any other individuals deemed by the investigator to have medical conditions, diseases, or history that would make completion of the study difficult or complicate the interpretation of results.
