Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy individuals without motor, neurological, or mental impairments 2) Adult males and females aged 18 years or older 3) Right-handed individuals scoring at least 40 on the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory (EHI) 4) Individuals who voluntarily consented to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with shoulder pain and restricted joint range of motion 2) Individuals who engaged in strenuous exercise within one hour prior to EEG measurement 3) Individuals with insufficient sleep of less than four hours the previous night 4) Individuals with limitations in attaching EEG or electromyography (EMG) electrodes
