Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 40–65 years diagnosed with CLBP lasting more than 3 months A score of 4 or higher on the VAS during pre-assessment The ability to voluntarily participate in the exercise program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of abdominal, lumbar, or lower extremity surgery within the past year Severe pain during walking or exercise that interfered with daily activities Medical conditions considered inappropriate for participation by the investigator, including cardiopulmonary disease (e.g., heart failure, myocardial infarction, chronic pulmonary disease) or current use of anxiolytics, antidepressants, or sedatives Engagement in regular exercise (three or more times per week) during the past 6 months
