Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 years or older 2. Clinically diagnosed with idopathic Parkinson's disease (ICD-10: G20) by a neurologist. 3. Hoehn&Yahr scale 2-4, with freezing of gait(FOG) sympthoms 4. MMSE score =21, with sufficient cognitive ability to understand the study and follow instructions 5. Voluntarily agreed to participate and signed written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-specific or secondary parkinsonism(ICD-10: G21–G26) 2. Patients with neurological disorders affecting gait such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, or spinal cord injury 3. Patients with musculoskeletal limitations due to joint or spinal surgery 4. Physical incompatibility with the wearable hip assistive robot (Angel Suit H10) 5. Any other condition deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigator
