Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with stroke who were discharged from the study institution between January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2025. Patients for whom both functional and cognitive assessment data were available at admission and at discharge.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with non-stroke neurological diseases (e.g., brain tumor, Moyamoya disease, spinal cord injury). Patients in whom analysis of functional outcomes or discharge destination was not possible because of incomplete or missing medical records. Patients who died during hospitalization or were transferred to another facility before completion of rehabilitation, resulting in an indeterminate discharge destination.
