Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 years or older undergoing atrial fibrillation surgery concurrently with cardiac valve, coronary artery, or aortic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative renal dysfunction, a history of previous cardiac surgery, refusal to participate in the study, or those undergoing emergency surgery.
