Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We included mother-child pairs with live births from January 1, 2011, through December 31, 2023 in South Korea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they met any of the following criteria: • Mother who underwent abdominopelvic CT during the 2nd or 3rd trimester. • Child had teratogenic/genetic syndromes, microdeletions, and chromosomal abnormalities. • Mother had a history of taking known teratogenic medications.
